The Name Game ("the app") is developed by ZB Ventures LLC. We respect your privacy, and this policy explains how the app handles your information.
Gameplay content — names, words, and categories entered during a round — stays on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. To support advertising and in-app purchases, the app's third-party providers (below) may collect device identifiers, usage data, and diagnostics.
The Name Game shows ads using Google AdMob, and offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase to turn them off. On iOS, the app asks for your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before any tracking-enabled ad request. If you allow tracking, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show more relevant ads; if you decline, you'll still see ads, but they won't be personalized based on tracking data.
We share data with two service providers: Google AdMob, which serves ads and may collect identifiers and usage data as described above, and RevenueCat, which processes the "Remove Ads" purchase and associated transaction data. Neither provider receives your gameplay content. See Google's privacy policy and RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.
The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
